Influence of fabric mulches on fruit composition of Cabernet franc in the Finger Lakes

These researchers from the Finger Lakes region of New York noticed that white fabric mulch is a good organic technique to control weeds and increase yields -more so than with a black fabric. However, at the end of the day, the cost of the fabric mulch installation did not compensate for the yield gains.
