These authors studied the impact of both water stress and scion/rootstock combinations on the biomass, the leaf area, leaf water potential and osmolyte accumulation of treated vines. Their study included Cardinal and Superior Seedless table grapes and SO4 and 110R rootstocks, and also own-rooted vines of both cultivars.
