Effect of foliar nitrogen and sulphur on Sauvignon blanc aroma

These French authors were able to increase aroma expression in SB by applying nitrogen to the foliage, thus avoiding the classic response when nitrogen is applied to the soil - increased vigor and increased Botrytis infections.
