Lauren Saltiel is Senior Manager of Corporate Affairs at The Duckhorn Portfolio, where she leverages her legal and wine industry experience on the company’s legal and strategy team. A former corporate attorney, she pivoted to the wine industry in 2015, working in wine production across Napa Valley and Australia before earning her master’s degree in Viticulture and Enology from UC Davis in 2021. Building on this foundation, she transitioned to the business and legal side of wine in 2023. Her diverse background in winemaking, prior legal practice, and education in the Department of Viticulture and Enology enables her to bring a well-rounded perspective to the Board.

Lauren received her B.A. from Barnard College and J.D. from The University of Pennsylvania Law School.
