The Future of Winemaking: Honoring the vision of Professor Roger Boulton

On November 7, 2022, we honored the academic career of Roger Boulton, Distinguished Professor Emeritus in Viticulture and Enology and Chemical Engineering, who retired in June 2019. The seminar honoring Professor Boulton will took place at the UC Davis Conference Center, from 9 am-5 pm. The theme for the day was “The winery of the Future”. Speakers included former students, academic colleagues, and industry colleagues.
