Job Description: We are seeking an ideal candidate to join us from end of July through November 1st, exact start and end date TBD by Mother Nature. This is a unique and rare opportunity for anyone wanting to learn the intricacies of ultra-premium winemaking, as you will work right along side each winemaker. Because we are small and 100% hands-on, this position will be intimately involved with every aspect of production, all the way through completion of Harvest 2026. Applicants must have previous winery / harvest experience, have a strong work ethic, are excited to learn and want to be directly responsible for helping to produce some of California's best wines. Candidate must be reliable, meticulous (with a keen attention to detail), and have a positive and upbeat attitude. Because most of all, we love what we do, and have fun doing it!
Pay Scale: $23-$27 DOE
