Job Title: Assistant Winemaker
Job Type: Full Time
Job Description: Matchbook Wine Company is seeking an assistant winemaker to support in all aspects of production. Selected person will manage day to day wine making activities, including cellar, crush, bottling, and dry goods. Person must be inspired and passionate about winemaking and have knowledge of basic fermentation principles and sanitation techniques.

> Strong organizational skills, problem solving and logistical skills.
> Computer proficiency in MS, office, and AMS
> Strong time management skills with firm understanding of completing tasks on time with quality a priority.
> Sensory skills with ability to detect problems and knowledge to offer solutions.
> Degree in Enology or related field with minimum 1 year experience in wine production.
