Job Title: Harvest Enologist

Job Description: You'll work directly alongside our winemaker across all facets of harvest operations, including grape processing, fermentation management, barrel work, equipment maintenance, sanitation, and basic laboratory analyses. Beyond the cellar, you'll spend meaningful time in our estate vineyard learning to evaluate vine and fruit development through hands-on canopy work and grape sampling. This is a rare opportunity to experience the full arc of a Napa harvest in an intimate, hands-on environment where your contributions genuinely matter.
Pay Scale: $20-$23 / hour
