Key Responsibilities:
• Winemaking Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience.
• Lab Work: Conducting necessary lab tests and analyses.
• Equipment Operation: Safe operation of forklift, pallet jack, pumps, and filters.
• Cellar Work: Handling wine barrels, bottling, and maintaining equipment.
• Supply Chain Management: Ordering and arranging delivery of bottling materials and bulk wine.
• Customer Interaction: Engaging with wine club members, attending events, and providing tasting room education.
• Grape Growing: Overseeing the demonstration vineyard and working with grape growers.
Required Skills:
• Technical Proficiency: Experience in winemaking processes, equipment operation, and lab work.
• Communication: Effective communication with team members, customers, and suppliers.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Customer Service: Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor for interacting with customers.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
