Job Title: Cellar Worker

Job Description: We offer a broad range of work and experiences. Team members are involved in and will learn all aspects of the methods we use in producing our wine.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Pump-overs, punch-downs, inoculations, additions
• Operating our two presses, wine transfers, barreling down
• Assisting in crushing
• Vineyard sampling
• Lab analysis- pH, TA, alcohol, RS
• Barrel steaming, pressure washing, winery sanitation
• Assisting the cellar shift leads in all aspects of the winemaking process
