On Thursday, March 10th from 1-2 PM PT, the Department of Viticulture and Enology at UC Davis will present “Office Hours with Dave and Anita, Episode 19: Sustainable Winemaking,” featuring Dr. Ron Runnebaum, assistant professor in the Department of Viticulture and Enology at UC Davis and Nate Weis, Vice President of Winegrowing and Winemaker at Silver Oak Cellars. Ron will discuss sustainable practices that are being worked on at UC Davis, Nate will talk about the various degrees of sustainability (from first steps to new builds), and then they will both answer questions from attendees. This is a virtual event presented via Zoom. The event is free but advanced registration is required.
