| Job Description | The work will involve assisting our winemaking team in all aspects of harvest production activity. Candidate will be exposed to all facets of wine work related to very high end small batch winemaking. Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to quality control for fruit processing and press operations, fermentation monitoring, must additions, pump-overs, barrel work, racking, filtration... The ideal candidates will possess great people skills, great work ethic and attention to detail. At this time we are looking for candidates who have worked at least previous harvest. We are looking for several interns for harvest 2013 as well as someone who would start working immediately in the cellar and then through harvest. Qualifications: One previous crush job Valid US Work Permit. Valid CA Drivers License. Strong verbal and written English skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to climb ladders. Ability to work with other people. |
