Getting Help and Reporting Problems
The Department Computer Support Staff will answer general questions related to the hardware and software in the computer room. Due to their many duties they are limited to only 5 minutes to answer a question. We suggest you read the Help files that come with most of the software that is installed or ask your classmates.
Do not attempt repairs on any of the computers yourself!
