Our April 2016 WineFlavor 101 symposium will gather UCD Enology faculty and researchers to discuss the critical role of oxygen in wine production from crush to bottle aging. Macro, micro or none/anaerobic? We've also invited wine industry practicioners and suppliers to discuss how they use or exclude oxygen to manipulate wine style or quality.
