UC Davis researchers who are instrumental in the design, implementation and daily production practices in both our LEED Platinum Teaching and Research Winery and our Jackson Sustainable Winery Building will be discussing their work and current research into constantly updating our facilities to meet, and exceed, all recognized sustainable guidelines. This is an ongoing process, much of which can also be implemented commercially. We'll also have a panel of wine industry practicioners to discuss how they are reducing their winery and vineyard footprints.
