Our latest in the Wine Flavor 101 Issues Update series of instructional seminars is focused on the important role of the winery laboratory in the monitoring and remediation of quality control procedures and systems. Whether your winery is small or large, the quality of the data generated in your lab is critical to your winerys success. Since many of you told us youd like to know more about advances in systems and procedures for your winerys analytical and micro labs, weve put this program together to address that need.
Remember: these classes are targeted specifically to wine and winegrape industry professionals and, as such, are technical in nature. The information discussed is much the same as that presented to V&E students at UC Davis, and assumes the registrants have some experience with wine chemistry. Register early as these classes have been very popular and often sell out before the event date.
