<p>These researchers asked themselves, &quot;if we sort Spanish white wines based on their aroma, will the veriety they are made out of get sorted in the same way?&quot;. They found that the answer was &quot;No&quot;. The exceptions were Verdejo and Sauvignon blanc, who invariably left a similar signature in the resulting wines.
