Thanks, again, to KLR Machines for new Bucher XPlus!
On September 16th, the Department of Viticulture and Enology took delivery of a brand new Bucher XPlus 22 pneumatic press. This is the second installment of a suite of equipment that KLR and Bucher generously discounted for our new LEED Platinum winery, scheduled for completion in August, 2010. The first press, a destemmer and inclined conveyor were delivered in time for harvest, 2008. Included with the new Bucher XPlus were a new Costal monoblock bottler and a new must pump. ...
