1980s California Cabernet Sauvigon Winetasting

When:

Thursday Mar 22nd 2007

Where:

MU II, Memorial Union, UC Davis Campus

What:

Imagine tasting 25-year-old Cabernet Sauvignon from 24 different producers stored under identical cellar conditions for over 20 years. When we found these wines, we knew we discovered a bit of California history. We have further learned there is an intriguing international aspect to these wines… So join us for this once in a lifetime experience--tasting some great California wines from some great California producers; several of whom will be on hand to share their memories. These wines have aged gracefully; but let’s have you be the judge.

This is an experience not to be missed.
