Dr. Mills awarded the 2010 Cargill Flavor Systems Food Specialties Award from ADSA


At the recent American Dairy Science Association meeting in Denver,  Dr. Mills was awarded the Cargill Flavor Systems Food Specialties Award for his research contributions on the microbiology of cheese and cultured dairy products.
