The payroll personnel enter all leave time used when the payroll is entered.
They also keep track of leave useage monthly, on the Time Benefits Roster which is printed from PPS DS.
If an employee is approaching their limit of vacation time, the payroll processor will send a warning to the employee to "use it or lose it."
The Sick Leave, Vacation, and Comp Time accued and used are listed on each employee's Earnings Statements
If there is any questions about any of these, please notify the payroll processor.
