Vine microclimate and norisoprenoid concentration in Cabernet Sauvignon

Drs. Block, Ebeler and others studied how leaf removal affected the levels of various flavor and aroma compounds in the grapes. Despite their interesting experimental design, we still don't fully understand how cluster exposure affects norisoprenoid production by the vine.
