By the 8th week of the quarter Course and Instructor Evaluation packets will be prepared and available for instructors and teaching assistants. Final Grades are reported electronically through My UC Davis.
Please contact the advising office if you issue an "I" grade. A one-age form will be provided for the instructor to complete with student and course information.
Contact the advising office if you have made an error on a grade assignment 'Request for Grade Change' form from the advising office.
