The front desk personnel maintains the department’s phone directory list and it is updated on a regular basis or as needed. Please submit any phone, room, name, e-mail or incorrect data to the front desk personnel.
The front desk personnel edits & submits new information for the campus directory annually (approx. June each year). If you have a specific change you would like to see in the campus directory, please submit that change in writing to the front desk personnel.
Most all V&E hallway bulletin boards & display cases are maintained by front desk personnel and student assistants. Flyers are posted weekly. If you have something to post, please submit to the reception desk for review prior to posting. There is a student bulletin board for V&E student related items. The JOB POSTING boards are separated into FULL TIME & PART-TIME / HARVEST. New jobs are labeled as “NEW” and after about 6 weeks, the sticker is removed.
