The Pilot Winery
The pilot winery is a facility used for instructing the students in the practical application of the knowledge base they have developed in the classroom.
The Cellar master, manages the winery and is the head of the winery staff as well as numerous other duties and skills.
The winery is also used for experimental wine making
The Winery is also home to the brandy distillation tower. The tower was constructed to hold the brandy distillation column, which reaches over 25 feet tall.
