Job Description Interns will participate in all aspects of harvest cellar work, including but not limited to fruit receival and processing, pressing and barrel work, ferment management through punchdowns, pumpovers, additions and inoculations, and sampling. There will be no shortage of cleaning. We expect our interns to motivated, efficient, and operate with safety in mind at all time. We are looking for people who bring a positive attitude and team-oriented spirit to the job. We also expect our interns to appreciate that this is a physical job in an often demanding work environment.
