Company Description Pisoni & Lucia Vineyards is a small family owned and operated winery in Sonoma County that sources their grapes from three world renowned vineyards in the Santa Lucia Highlands appellation of Monterey County. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Syrah form the Pisoni Vineyard, Garys' Vineyard, and Soberanes Vineyard, are produced in small batches that reflect the unique sites from which they are grown.

Job Description Pisoni & Lucia Vineyards is a small-production, ultra-premium winery. Our focus is on Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Syrah from our estate-grown vineyards in the Santa Lucia Highlands.

We are a small, tight-knit team that is looking for a self-motivated, experienced, and hard-working harvest enologist for the 2018 vintage to join us at our Sonoma County winery. The main focus of this position will be work in the laboratory, yet one will see all aspects of small-lot winemaking.

We have a focused and studious approach to our winemaking and expect the same from our interns. It is expected that interns will mirror our attention to detail and methodology.

Additional requirements:
• Lift 50 lbs.
• Climb stairs and ladders
• Walk/stand/bend/stoop/kneel for extended periods of time
• Reach/pull/push?
• Adhere to all established safety protocols ?
• Have a reliable source of transportation
• Clean driver’s record

Position is from August through October. Possibly longer depending on harvest season.
