Company Description Small, ultra premium winery, located in the hills overlooking Lake Hennessey with an annual production of 2500 cases. Our current focus is on our organically farmed estate Cabernet Sauvignon, and a Bordeaux style blend from fruit farmed in St. Helena and on Howell Mountain.

Job Description We are currently looking to round out our 2018 harvest team. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with 1-2 previous harvest experiences who is looking to focus on producing terroir driven hillside Cabernet Sauvignon. As one of two interns on our small team, the candidate will work closely with the winemaker on small lot fermentations used to express each individual, nuanced, component of our 13-acre estate. That being said, we are looking for someone with an eye for detail, who is willing to be a part of all aspects of the winemaking process. Duties will include; fermentation monitoring, pumpovers, punchdowns, sanitation, sorting, and pressing. The entire winemaking team may also assist with some vineyard work. As with any vintage, long hours and seven day work weeks may be a possibility. This position is eligible for overtime pay. Meals are provided on processing days.
