Job Description Kosta Browne Winery seeks to employ a strong team of cellar interns for the upcoming 2017 harvest. Team members must be punctual, flexible and adaptable to our work environment. Candidates must also be capable of following specific directions, and adept to working long hours, lifting and moving heavy objects, safely working on ladders, standing for several hours in one place, performing redundant tasks, all while displaying astute judgment and meticulous attention to detail. Team members will be expected to perform every task that is required to make world class wine, from scrubbing drains and cleaning the deepest darkest corners of the winery, stacking and unstacking barrels a hundred times over, executing additions, racking, draining and barreling down, to bottling the finished product.

Above all, we are looking for young winemakers who are truly passionate about wine, whose selfless work and dedication will be devoted towards creating an incredibly compelling wine.

Winery and forklift experience are a major plus but not required.
