Job Description The Vineyards at Dodon seeks a vineyard manager/cellar master for a full-time, permanent, salaried, production-oriented position. Working closely with the winemaker, the successful applicant will supervise a highly skilled vineyard team; oversee daily vineyard and cellar operations; plan and implement vineyard floor, canopy, nutrient, and pest management; and manage wine production. The job requires intense passion for viticulture, a positive attitude, eagerness to work hard, flexibility to work early morning or late night shifts, ability to perform physically demanding tasks, and willingness to get dirty and clean scrupulously. We are seeking individuals that have a strong aptitude for working in a team environment, highly effective communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree, three years-experience in viticulture, proficiency with farm equipment, and fluency in English and Spanish are required.
