Job Description As a harvest cellar intern at Ballentine Vineyards you will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of crush activities while learning from a highly motivated and dynamic production team.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Fruit sorting/processing
- Sanitation of processing/cellar equipment
- Monitoring fermentations (Brix, Temp)
- Punch downs
- Filling barrels
- Additions to juice and must
- Assist with draining and pressing
-All other harvest related duties as required

Prior harvest experience is desired but not essential. Must be highly motivated, detail-driven, and able to communicate effectively. Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible. Must be fit and capable of working long hours (13 hours a day, 6 days a week), lifting weights up to 50 lbs, and enduring extended periods of time walking, standing, climbing ladders and working in a wet environment.
