Company Description Antica Napa Valley is an Antinori Family Estate located in the beautiful Atlas Peak Appellation. The estate is planted with 550 acres of vines, mainly of the Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay varietals although there are some smaller blocks of Sangiovese, Pinot Noir, and other Bordeaux varieties. Antica strives to make the highest quality wines in the Napa Valley.

Job Description This year, Antica is searching for skilled harvest workers to assist and work with our cellar crew in all aspects of harvest operations. We are looking for enthusiastic, hard workers who enjoy working in a team environment.
Duties will include (but will not be limited to):

-Crushing and pressing
-Pumpovers and punchdowns
- Fermentation monitoring
- Racking, filling barrels, stirring and topping barrels
- Tank and barrel additions

We require all applicants to be eligible to work in California. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, as well as able to bend and lift on the job. You must be able to work long hours while maintaining a positive attitude and staying on task. At least one years’ worth of harvest experience is preferred and site specific training will be required for all applicants.
Start date will be finalized closer to harvest. During a normal season, workers will be employed from mid-August through mid-November and sometimes into December.
