Job Description
SUMMARY: Responsible for regular vineyard visits to contracted grower vineyards mainly in Napa County. Assist with general pest scouting, as well as data collection, and entry.

•Bi-Weekly visits at all contracted Grower Blocks.
•Documenting vineyard health, phenology, crop loads, etc. in AgCode.
•Assist Grower Relations Analyst when needed.
•Monitor and assist in managing compliance requirements (EGVM, LBAM, etc.).
•Vineyard data collection to include but not limited to:
•Cluster counts and cluster weights
•Vine counts and Soil sampling
•Sugar Sampling
•Producing and organizing vineyard maps.
•Special projects as assigned by Manager.
•Assist in harvest coordination and logistics
•Lend support to other DWC grower relations and vineyard teams when needed

•Some Viticulture, Enology or related experience a plus
•Excellent computer skills to include Word, Excel, Outlook
•Good organizational and communication skills
•Must be willing to work flexible schedule with some extended hours
•Can-do attitude
•Valid California driver’s license with clean record
•Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.

Must be a self-starter with strong work ethic and good communication skills. Person must be able to work outside for extended lengths of time during periods of undesirable weather. Great job for anyone hoping to get experience with many premium vineyards throughout Napa County. The multi-faceted nature of this position will allow the employee many learning opportunities over the course of harvest.

**This is a seasonal opening based in Napa County. The estimated time frame for this position is from April 15th through November 1st.**
