Job Description We’re looking for a lab intern to round out our 2017 Harvest team. This position will work closely with the winemaking team to generate analysis and execute on fermentation actions. Ideal candidates should be dedicated to ultra-premium winemaking and be willing and able to maintain a high degree of focus and precision through long hours.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Basic lab analysis including grape samples
• Installing new analysis programs and protocols
• Culture work and inoculations
• Additions and fermentation management
• Punchdowns and pumpovers
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment
This position will be required to lift and carry 50 lbs., utilize basic arithmetic and measurement skills, follow detailed verbal and written instructions, work long days & weekends, stand for long periods of time, climb stairs and ladders and work in a safe and efficient manner.
