|Job Description|| Etude Wines hires a small team of Harvest Interns to work closely with the winemaking team to carry out all of the harvest production functions. This is an opportunity for those interested in exposure to high-quality small lot wine production while learning a broad range of skills. Experience includes; receiving and processing grapes, fermentation and cap management, additions, pressing, barrel prep and filling, and sanitation. Comprehensive training in winery safety, forklift certification, grape and must evaluation, exposure to mobile bottling, vineyard sampling, and comparative wine tasting. |
This is a great opportunity for an individual to gain in-depth, hands-on experience in winery production practices. Individual must be motivated with a strong desire to learn ultra-premium winemaking, work efficiently and be a part of a high energy team. Successful candidates must be willing to work extended hours, work well in a fast-paced team atmosphere, have fun while learning and build camaraderie, and seek quality results.
