|Company Description|| The domaine Eva Fricke, a young and successfully growing estate in the Rheingau region of Germany is seeking a full time vineyard and technical operations manager to work closely with the owner and management of our company to produce wines of highest standards. The organically vineyards are of rare quality and contain old Riesling vines with an enormous potential for outstanding qualities.|
The winery is regularly reviewed und highly praised by Gault Millau, Stuart Pigott, Jancis Robinson and Robert Parker.

|Job Description|| The right candidate must possess the experience and ambition to constantly strive for the best of our land and the highest quality of fruit. A practical and highly skilled understanding of organic vinicultural practices is obligatory, and knowledge of steep slope farming such as in Mosel, Nahe or Middelrhein valley is required. |
The responsibility will include the supervision and actual practice of all land and viticultural tasks, daily farming activity, personal management, work organization, budget planning, and property and equipment maintenance, as well as growing and developing the estate structure. The vineyard and technical operations manager is reporting to the owner regularly and will be working self-dependent within the frame of guidelines and tasks given by the owner / management and together with our young team of viticulturist and cellermasters.

- Applicants are required to have a Bachelor’s of Science in Viticulture or related field.
- Minimum 5 years practical experience,
- Solid computer and organizational skills.
- English language and the ability to communicate in German
- Driver and forklift license
- Interest in a long-term position and the flexibility to build and establish further the structure of the domaine
