Job Description Hanzell is looking for a harvest intern for the 2017 vintage. The internship involves hands on experience in the vineyard, laboratory and cellar. Job duties will include vineyard sampling, sanitation, lab analysis, grape processing, fermentation monitoring, data entry, punch downs, racking and more.
Preferably the applicant will have worked at least 1 previous harvest. Also, they should have a basic understanding of winemaking processes, be able to perform physical labor involved in cellar work, be willing to work long variable hours and still have a sense of humor after working 12 hours.
